PCND Dripline System
A Pressure Compensating Non-Drain (PCND) Dripline is an advanced drip irrigation pipe that delivers the same amount of water from every emitter regardless of pressure variations within the irrigation network.
The Non-Drain Drip irrigation pipes feature prevents water from draining out of the pipe after irrigation stops, allowing all emitters to start irrigating simultaneously during the next irrigation cycle. This makes PCND Driplines highly suitable for pulse irrigation, greenhouse farming, and automated irrigation systems.
How Does a PCND Dripline Work?
A PCND Agricultural Dripline uses specially designed pressure-compensating emitters that automatically regulate water discharge.
During irrigation:
- Water flows through the mainline into the dripline.
- Pressure-compensating emitters maintain a constant flow rate.
- The non-drain mechanism holds water inside the pipeline after the system shuts off.
- When irrigation restarts, all emitters begin watering at the same time.
This ensures uniform irrigation across the entire field.
